个人简介

       国际刊物Wetlands副主编,中美碳研究联盟(USCCC)中方主席,中国生态学会流域生态学专业委员会副主任,教育部新世纪优秀人才,上海市生态学会,上海市海洋湖沼学会常务理事,上海崇明东滩湿地生态系统野外科学观测研究站站长,教育部上海崇明东滩河口湿地生物多样性与生态系统野外实践教育基地主任。

       1992 年毕业于南京大学环境科学系;1992-1995年在水利部中科院水库渔业研究所工作;1995-1998 年在中国科学院水生生物研究所攻读硕士学位;1998年起在复旦大学生科院工作;2000-2003 年于日本广岛大学攻读博士学位。现主要从事全球变化生态学、环境遥感、景观生态学与生态信息学方面的研究与教学工作。目前主要兴趣集中于湿地遥感(外来种的遥感识别、滨海湿地快速的群落演替过程、湿地生态系统健康等)、生态系统碳通量(Eddy flux监测技术、全球变化),生态学大数据与公民科学等方面的研究。研究地主要为长江河口和黄河三角洲地区。已发表SCI论文70余篇。
